Who We Are

Strengthening communities since 1973, PATH is an acronym for People Acting To Help. Growing with our communities, PATH has continued to connect individuals with personalized support.

What We Do

Serving 4,200 children, youth, families, and adults each year, PATH offers a wide array of services to meet the needs of individuals in our community. From mental health outpatient, psychiatric rehabilitation, residential programs, and family- school-based services for individuals with behavioral health needs, to adult day, employment, and residential programs for adults with intellectual disabilities, our award-winning programs and expert, caring staff are dedicated to providing top-notch services to those who need them.
